Welcome

These terms apply when you use littlegrimlings.com or buy from us. Little Grimlings is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. To place an order you must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

Our products

Every item is printed to order for you by our production partners, Printify with its print provider Monster Digital, and Tapstitch for some products. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and garment-dyed fabrics vary a little from piece to piece. That is part of their character, not a defect.

Each product includes a size guide with the garment's measurements. Measurements may vary by up to about 1.5 inches (3.8 cm), which is normal for garments. If you want a looser or oversized look, size up to your preferred fit.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout shows otherwise. Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify, and the total, including shipping and any taxes, is confirmed there before you pay. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, a price or listing was wrong, or we suspect fraud.

If you order from outside the United States, your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are your responsibility unless checkout says they are included.

Production and shipping

Your order goes into production about an hour after you place it. Orders usually ship within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout, along with the countries we ship to.

Please check your shipping address carefully before you pay. If a package is lost, delayed or returned to us, please contact us and we will help.

Cancellations

Because each item goes into production about an hour after you order, we can't accept cancellations. Please double-check your size, color and address before ordering. If something is wrong, contact us right away. We will do our best to help, but once production starts we can't change or cancel the order.

Returns, exchanges and replacements

Because every item is printed to order just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size or color. Please check the size guide on each product before you order.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos. We will send a free replacement, or a refund if you prefer. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package was lost, contact us and we will work with our production partner and the carrier to send a replacement or a refund. If a package can't be delivered because of an incorrect address entered at checkout, reshipping is at your cost.

Customers in the EU and UK

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Nothing in these terms limits that right. To use it, contact us within that period. Unless the law says otherwise, you will need to return the item unworn and pay the return shipping cost, and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving it back.

Our designs

The Little Grimlings characters, artwork, designs, names, logos, photos and text on this site belong to Little Grimlings and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product gives you the item itself, not the rights to its design. Please don't copy, reproduce, sell or use our artwork or characters without our written permission. Sharing photos of your own Little Grimlings purchases is always welcome.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site. That includes:

• Breaking the law or anyone else's rights.
• Trying to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Scraping or copying content or product data in bulk.
• Sending spam, abusive messages or harmful files through the contact form.

When you send us a message or photos, you allow us to use them to answer you and resolve your request. Only send content you have the right to share.

Other services

Checkout is provided by Shopify, and some parts of the site rely on other services such as Cloudflare and Google Analytics. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to how they handle your information. We aren't responsible for websites or services we link to but don't control.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided “as is” and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. If a dispute can't be resolved by talking with us first, it will be handled by the courts in Clark County, Nevada, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date at the top of this page. The terms in place when you placed an order apply to that order.
